From comics to cheese, modern clay to unfired tiles, today’s curiosities are full of magic!

3) Swiss Cheese

Ever fancied covering your walls in slices of Swiss cheese? Well now you can with this fresh, whimsical design from Thatcher Studio. In vibrant deli yellow, these playful food-centres cement tiles are an instant curiosities classic.


4) Stork

The fanned wings of a stork in flight decorate these elegant scale-shaped tiles from Lili Cement. Stork’s artistic avian motif is available in two colours – greyscale and green – with the feathered detail offering varied aesthetics when viewed from up close or afar.


5) Formella

Made without a kiln, these unusual tiles from Claybrook Studio are instead cold pressed and left to harden naturally.
