César’s Captivating Cement

Finding one exciting, novel tile design is wonderful. Finding an entire catalogue feels like magic. And when we came across César Bazaar we knew we’d stumbled across a font of wonder.

Rather than utilise labour from abroad, the cement tiles of César Bazaar are made in France, with pieces of the country residing within each tile including sand from the Oise, marble powder from the Pyrenees, and cement from Montélimar.

Creating the striking portfolio of unusual patterns, César Bazaar’s unique designs are made exclusively for them by artists across the world. Inject fun with funky Forests from Cornes de Gazelle, aliens and space ships from Léa Hybre’s UFO, or anthropomorphised doughnuts, burgers, and hotdogs from Nicholas Barrome Forgues’ Food Stories.

Add scenery with Le sud bleu/vert or Iceland from Clémentine D’abbundo, Southwest Desert from Pauline Desombre, or Blue Spring by Parcelle Factory. Invest in childish whimsy with Serpenchien by Emilie Gleason, Moody by Melanie Johnsson, or Opal by Marie-Blanche Huet.

Enjoy the abstract shapes of Ramo by Emilie Lemoine, Checkerboard by Claire Iglesias, or Geo by Alex Roda. Incorporate stylised animals with Fable from Yaba, Flower Time by Oh My Goz, or Óphis by Lise Vila.

Or select from the countless other colourful combinations, enticing motifs, and playful decors.
