Our fabulous list of tile in art beauties grows today, with five more wonderful artists and their artworks fit for Tile Addicts.
Ana Doolin
Born in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portuguese artist Ana Doolin drenches her work with the soul of the colourful capital. Each oil painting translates the characterful streets into a playfully abstract reality where tiled building facades take centre stage, steeped in wonder and whimsy.

Tishk Barzanji
Inspired by his childhood in Kurdistan and later years in London, Tishk Barzanji’s work centres on architecture, imagining a surreal world dominated by dazzling structures and curious characters draped in a golden sunset. Naturally, amongst these masterpieces, the structured beauty of tile works its magic.

Rosa Maria Unda Souki
Starting life in Caracas with artistic and culturally diverse parents, Unda Souki was raised amongst art and architecture. With much of her work featuring studies of buildings, interiors, and scenes of the everyday, it’s not surprise that tile peeps through, whether as a simple background character in a simple scene, or playing a more leading role with pattern and style.

Lily Platts
The richly textured scenes of Melbourne-based Lily Platts impart the everyday with a sense of wonder. From a sink awaiting dirty dishes to a bath tub filled for relaxation, these comforting spaces are built on a cosy palette, allowing the familiar to sooth and inspire.

Jan Zöller
Disembodied legs, bird heads, and running water form the motifs repeated throughout the surreal work of Jan Zöller. Creating the striking backdrop for these unusual fountains and curious characters are seas of tiles, covering every surface from floor to shelf, adding dramatic dimension and vibrant colour to aid the strangeness of the setting.
