A trio of mini trends at Cersaie

Today we’re sharing the last of our Cersaie trends content before we get into the Curiosities and a few other finds. This trio of mini trends may be ones to watch in the coming months – let’s see if they get bigger.

Ombré

Ombré was touted as an interior design trend almost five years ago but it might be making its way into the tile world on the heels of the 90s and Y2K design. Ombré effect tiles were found at a few stands, offering a look of permanent iridescence alongside a touch of texture.

Cubic

It’s a classic geometric shape that has been everywhere forever, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be a trend today. Cube shape designs in all their many forms were found throughout the show, could it be their time to shine?

Pink and Teal

This fabulous colour duo was at so many stands I couldn’t ignore it. Pinky tones that ranged from rose to peach and teals favouring both the light and dark ends of the spectrum paired up in countless ways making for gorgeous contrast and playful design.
