For our last trends piece looking towards 2026 we’re sticking to our niche. It’s tile time!
1) Florals
Getting cutesy with motifs, the next year is set to be full of floral tiles. Hand painted beauties, striking mosaics, and pops of flower power are heading to homes in 2026.
2) Plaid
There will be no escape from plaid for the next 12 months. Whether it’s a full tartan look, a custom take on checkerboard, or plain ol’ plaid, this retro 90’s look is having a real moment in interiors.
3) Warm tones
The rich, loveliness of warm tones isn’t going away. No longer is cool influencer grey the dominant look. For the past few years it’s been all about making a home cosy, and the easiest way to do that is with a palette of warm shades.
4) Tile drenching
A trend we can really get behind, tile drenching is following hot on the heels of its big brother colour drenching. When you find a tile you love, why not top and tail a space?
5) Artisan authenticity
Keeping homes personal, full of character, detail, and delights, artisanal tile touches are in for 2026. Picking authentic, hand-made, hand-painted, hand-shaped pieces elevates a space like nothing else.
