The MoMa Group, based near Modena, Italy, finalised the acquisition of Ceramiche Ricchetti Group (GRC) in December 2025. The MoMa Group – which includes Ceramiche Moma, Savoia Italia, Herberia, Arpa, Idea Ceramiche, and Paul Ceramiche – now also spans the brands Cisa, Cerdisa, and Ricchetti brands. The deal only includes GRC’s production and distribution activities in Italy. Foreign subsidiaries will remain under the control of the QuattroR Fund.

The MoMa Group’s objective is to ensure GRC’s continuity and enhance its historic brands which will remain independent. Ceramiche Ricchetti Group will maintain production at its Maranello plant. MoMa Group’s strategy is to create significant production and commercial synergies with the other Group companies. It will relaunch brands that have built a strong premium positioning by promoting high product quality and a distinctive style.

“We are proud to announce the acquisition of Ceramiche Ricchetti Group, a fundamental step in our growth strategy and in the completion of our product range,” said Renzo Vacondio, CEO of MoMa Group. “Ceramiche Ricchetti represents an icon of Italian industry.”
