Ondablock, a clever new product from new Smart Tile – Life Ceramica, is an innovation designed to change the way ceramic tiles are installed. Faced with traditional processes that are slow, complex and dependent on wet systems, Life has developed a news solution that simplifies installation and improves on-site efficiency.

This modular dry installation system integrates a technical base made from recycled thermoplastic polymer with the ceramic tile.  This system is claimed to facilitate faster, cleaner, and more controlled installation, and reduce waste, without compromising the quality and durability of ceramics.

Specifically designed for porcelain tiles, this cutting-edge modular solution incorporates an exclusive curved-edge system that enables fast and precise assembly of the pieces without the need for special tools. This method ensures a perfect fit between the tiles, significantly reducing installation complexity while delivering a professional finish with less effort and in less time.

Using a 600 by 1,200mm format tile, Ondablock is currently available in a limited range of finishes.  Aniet delivers a surface inspired by terrazzo and fine micro-cement. It provides a balance between texture and neutrality. Available in grey or sand, it is ideal for contemporary spaces.  Inspired by limestone and slate, Ketra is a neutral, timeless finish that brings serenity to any space. It is available in three options: beige, grey, and taupe.

Luksy is a marble-effect with golden and silver veining.  It creates a seamless, uniform floor with refined style. There are two options: golden, and silver.  A cement effect with a sober and elegant finish, Tekny an authentic concrete aesthetic for modern spaces. There are two options: grey and bone.  Finally Woods, Inspired by natural timber, offers an elegant and warm finish.  There are three design options: adana roble, vinus roble, and olivo miel. Further design options are available featuring 200 by 1,200mm format tiles.
