On Thursday, 21st May Florim appointed Beatrice Lucchese as Chief Executive Officer, the third generation of the Lucchese family to hold the leadership of the Italian tile group.

Founded in the early 1960s by engineer Giovanni Lucchese, Florim is now an international benchmark in the field of high-end ceramic surfaces for architecture, interior design and construction. Since 1984, the company has been led by President Claudio Lucchese,. Today, Florim employs more than 1,400 people worldwide and recorded revenues of approx. €420 million in 2025.
A graduate in Engineering and Architecture from the University of Bologna, Beatrice Lucchese has been a member of Florim’s Board of Directors since 2021. She joined the company in 2022 as Technical Sales Engineer, rising to Chief Commercial Officer and Project Director.
“I am confident that my niece Beatrice will lead Florim with enthusiasm, expertise and determination,” stated President Claudio Lucchese. “Over the years, she has demonstrated the ability to combine vision, listening skills and a deep understanding of the company, building a solid path within the group. Her appointment represents an important step in Florim’s journey of continuity, with a forward-looking perspective focused on future generations.”
