Otto’s Kismet

Celebrating their tenth anniversary in style, Otto Tiles & Design are welcome Kismet – a collection that encapsulates the company’s rich contemporary style and pays homage to its Turkish roots.

Each of Kismet’s three designs are named for the country’s historic people and places – Amara (a neighbourhood in Halfeti), Patara (an ancient city in Antalya), and Hittites (a Bronze Age Anatolian civilisation).

A stylish kitchen interior featuring a woman leaning against a visually striking countertop adorned with geometric patterned tiles, complemented by a soft pink backdrop and modern decor.

Decorative split-moon terrazzo style tiles in delicate pastels and sophisticated neutrals form Amara. Four colour ways are available – the pastel and taupe Dirty Pink, the peach and lilac Peanut, the tan and cream Beige, and the smoky and sandy Curry.

Taking inspiration from ancient Anatolian art, the patchwork decors of Patara and Hittites incorporate the curves of recovered sculptures and nod to glyphs with their shapes and composition.

Patara is available in Beige, Mustard, and Blue whilst Hittites comes in Beige, Blue, and Walnut.
