Lea Ceramiche is playing with materials for their Cersaie 2019 offerings. Presenting two collections: Slimtech Nextone and Delight, Diego Grandi will design the company stand to give a sense of space, and for materials to effortlessly flow from inside to out.

Slimtech Nextone comes from the Nextone collection, but with the added benefit of being ultra slim (6mm). This range is a stone-effect, but has the appearance of a material which is not present in nature. By combining four types of stone from four different quarries Slimtech Nextone brings them together in harmony, producing a balanced appearance. The slabs are available in an ultra large format up to 1200 by 2600mm.

With Delight is is marble that gets a makeover. Previously a collection with a Slimtech-version in slim maxi format, Delight is now presented as a tactile surface with traditional thicknesses (10 and 11mm).

The collection showcases four types of marble: Marquina Nero, Calacatta Oro, Venato Bianco, and Invisible Light. Two dark and intense, two light and delicate. The slabs come in a range of sizes (900 by 900mm, 600 by 1200mm, 600 by 600mm, and 300 by 600mm) and a matt or glossy finish. Geometric decorations complete the collection.

By increasing their ranges’ thickness selection, they enable a wide range of application possibilities, making them flexible and versatile. The classic appearance of stone and marble have an inherent quality that makes spaces seem larger than they are, and look both traditional and contemporary.
