As already noted, 3D forms were displayed throughout Revestir.  Nowhere was this more clearly seen than on the eye-popping Castelatto stand.

Here, the visitor was immediately drawn to a set of sculptural spiral pillars created using the company’s Colonna range.

Displayed in pure white, these imposing pieces are also available in two textures – Etrusco and Grezzo – and four additional colours: chumbo, cinza, fendi and areia (that is, roughly speaking, taupe, mid-grey, dark beige and buttermilk).

Moving on there is the industrial muscle of Apparente, a shuttered concrete effect with holes at the corner: think urban loft living.  This range comes in one colour – Cinza – a dark cementine hue.  Not a 3D tile, but still an impactful design.

The Polygon concept tilts and turns flat hexagonal tiles.  This means that they both reflect light and cast shadows for a very dynamic look.  Polygon is offered in the same five colours as Colonno, and the Paris texture.

But as the following images show, this was just the start.  Castellato’s 3D tiles are dynamic, tactile, playful, elegant and well detailed; and made this one of the best stands in the show.
