Trend inspo: Monochrome

We read in a trends post by Who What Wear that monochromatic design (not just black and white but rooms decorated all in one colour) is on its way up so we’ve gathered a little interior inspo and hunted for some tiles to match.

1) Baby pink metro

Ultra light pink stretched metro tiles hug every corner of this adorable bathroom with a little contrast offered by black fixtures. Get the look with Evening Glow from Fireclay Tile, Tribeca Tea Rose from Equipe, or Desert Pink Bejmat from London Encaustic.

2) Blue zellige

This kitchen is coated in many shades of blue, with multitonal zellige-effect tiles on the wall, hex tiles on the floor, and a shabby-chic wooden island unit. Get the look with Souk Blue from Ape Grupo, Zellige China from Marazzi, or Dix Chaoun Notte from Mainzu.

3) Purple terrazzo

This unique bathroom by Tim Verenovsky is perfectly purple. The terrazzo was custom made by Lick My Brick but you can get the look in different colours with similar dupes Schegge Porpora Deco from Ceramica Fioranese or Medley Rock Blue from Ergon.

4) Green halfmoon

Gorgeous green textured walls are paired with a funky halfmoon tile pattern on the floor in this statement stairway space. Get the look with Moonlight Shadow from Otto Tiles & Design, Hourglass from Geon Tile, or Pomelo Zeppelin from Zia Tile.

5) Dusty pink

It’s pink on pink in this stunning showeroom. Various tones of blush and peach decorate the tiles whilst a sweet shade of pink coats the painted walls. Get the look with Manacor Blush Pink from Equipe, Elevenuance Rosa from Tonalite, or Antic Burdeos from Mainzu.
